Project overview
The goal was to automate a workflow for a WordPress-based lead generation site.
When users submitted a form, the data needed to be sent to Airtable, and when appointments were scheduled through Calendly, the Airtable record needed to update.
A custom plugin was developed to pre-fill Calendly with user data from WPForms submissions. The project encountered delays due to form duplications, mapping issues, and limitations in Calendly’s pre-fill capability.
Created Airtable integration, communicated ok, integration complete.
I discovered that I could get the text message service to work from my Airtable which means I don’t need the plugin to pre-populate the phone number. The plugin simply did not work but the integration part was good.
